All of Trainor's websites and course management systems are built in-house, and everything first goes through our designers and user experience experts, who create flowcharts, wireframes, and user research with the user at the centre.

Our developers are passionate about clean code and smart system architecture, creating lightning-fast solutions packed with features. Team Digital develops and maintains a modern LMS, CMS, Safety Cards, the Measurement Database, several apps, and much more — all the supporting tools needed for a safer and simpler everyday working life.

In just a few years, our e-learning team has doubled in size and now counts around 20 e-learning magicians. Team Education is possibly Norway's most knowledgeable collection of experts in FSE, hot work, Ex, automation, electrical noise, battery technology, and regulations. With high professional precision and dedicated instructors, we give your company the expertise you need for a safe working day. Our instructors are kept professionally up to date through studies, training, and close collaboration with authorities and industry organisations.

Even though safety is a serious subject, there is no shortage of a twinkle in the eye — we are often called "Trainor's rock stars" and tour year-round, sometimes all the way to China and South Korea. We also share knowledge daily with nearly 100,000 professionals in Trainor's industry forum.

People who keep the spreadsheets in order, make sure salaries, invoices, and supplier payments are processed correctly, pack and ship course materials, prepare training venues, and respond to support enquiries.

They also organise first aid courses, fire drills, and parties, ensure a healthy lunch every day, and challenge us to operate better, more efficiently, and always with business ethics in mind. We may not shout the loudest, but we work harder behind the scenes to ensure that customers and employees are well taken care of, and that business runs at full speed.

Throughout the year, our reliable crew in Team Control and Measurement travel across the country inspecting, measuring, and documenting earth electrodes and electrical installations. Through our in-house developed measurement database, we deliver legally required documentation and necessary reports to a wide range of small and large customers. If you run into these outdoor enthusiasts on the mountain — give them a high five and tell them we miss them at the office!
